Cooking the PERFECT Steak

Cooking the Perfect Sous Vide Steak; Step by Step! 

  1. Vacuum seal your steak with Rosemary, thyme, and garlic.
  2. Set Sous Vide to the internal temperature you want your steak to be 
    • (We’re cooking ours to a medium at 130F)
  1. Dry off steak. 
    • Make sure it’s completely dry because this is going to insure it has a great sear
  1. Salt the steak, you can’t use too much, especially when the steak is thick!
  2. Using a hot pan, sear on each side
  3. Sous Vide to internal temp desired 
    • (again, 130F for perfect medium)
  1. BOOM! You have just cooked the perfect steak!
