How often does the menu change?

How often does the menu change?

We rotate at least four new menu items in each month. This number can grow depending on the season so you’ll want to check in frequently and see what new dish looks delish.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the middle of the map in the US. We are temporarily not delivering to the western region (California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Montana, Idaho), or the eastern side (Connecticut, Washington DC, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Florida). We hope to open up to all of these states before the end of the year.

Why is shipping different this week vs last week?

We currently deliver to the middle of the map in the US. Can I change my order?

Sure! If you have a subscription you can change it on your dashboard. If your subscription has already been billed, reach out to our customer service. We will try to accommodate as best we can.

Can I cancel my subscription?/Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no fee. But please note:  Once your subscription is charged for the week, we cannot issue a refund. If you want to pause or cancel, you’ll want to do that before it bills again. If you ever want to adjust this, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

All subscriptions will have a recurring charge that falls on the same day of the week that your subscription was created.
